一、活动背景介绍
【活动主题】 全民健身 为绿护航
【活动口号】同呼吸 共担当 齐行动
【主办单位】南昌市政府 湾里区区委
【活动时间】2014年3月29日9：30--18：00
【出发地点】南昌市湾里区岭秀湖广场
【活动路线】湾里岭秀湖广场（起点，开幕式）→幸福南路→肖峰路口→幸福村（第1打卡点）→卫东村口北→茶园山林场→（朱牯地，第2打卡点）→铁臂山庄（第3打卡点）→上宝村（第4打卡点）→樱花谷口→乌井大坝（第5打卡点）→219公交总站（第6打卡点，终点）全程30公里。
【活动目的】呵护秀美湾里，绿化南昌，防止雾霾重现蓝天，同呼吸、共担当、齐行动！让我们通过百里健行活动，通过自己坚毅的徒步，呼吁南昌市民低碳生活，爱护环境，美化家园，积极引导全体市民树立争当绿色公民，为绿化尽责的爱绿护绿意识！
这是对自我的一次挑战，这是对团队的一次考验，这是你人生中最难忘的一段里程，也许道路中有很多曲折！也许前方会有很多坎坷！也许远处会有很多困难！也许。。有很多的也许，但只要不放弃、不抛弃，汗水终将伴随着喜悦，胜利就会在不远处等你。人生就是一次生命的徒步。
当中国·百里健行2014第二届湾里公益徒步活动开始报名时，我们NB团队正在讨论应该拿什么项目作为团队实践，恰逢其会，我们毫不犹豫的选择了这么一个有意义的活动。在我们看来，通过公益徒步活动，更好地唤起大家健身和护绿意识。绿色是生命和希望的象征，孕育着文明和美好的未来。守住一片绿色，就是保护我们的家园；营造一片绿色，就是开拓一片生存的空间。在这片空间里，没有沙尘，没有雾霾；在这片空间里，我们可以自由呼吸，自由释放自己的心灵。 同时我们知道百里健行公益徒步活动不是竞技竞速的比赛，而是一个
感受自然和挑战自我的过程，是一个促进交流的平台，同时也是一个展示NB团队精神面貌和形象的机会。百里的徒步路程将考验每个队员的体能，徒步活动的精髓更在于人与人之间一种真情的融汇，徒步活动特别强调体验、毅力、环保和团队协作，这就是徒步活动不同于其他体育运动，更不同于其他竞技比赛的地方。这是一场有关健康和公益的徒步活动。这是人们追求健康，也是传递爱心的一次活动。同呼吸、共担当、齐行动！与爱同行！
二、NB团队实践活动内容与流程
1.宣布团队活动注意事项及规范：
a、团队人员在整个徒步途中必须同进同退，同时出发，同时退出或同时到达终点。能共同坚持到终点当然最好，希望每个人都能完成全程路线；但是活动重在参与如因队员受伤或体能不支等其他原因不能坚持，团队应全体协商后决定是否退出。
b、活动过程中遵守组织纪律，听从主办方指挥协调，不单独行动。队伍必须在指定的线路上徒步，不得走偏僻小径，做任何对团队成员安全不负责任的行为举动。
c、不得做出任何破坏或损害活动场地生态环境的行为，包括乱抛或弃置任何废物、垃圾或用品在线路上，以及其他有损团队形象的行为。
2.活动前期准备
a、联系安排往返车辆。
b、食品：提前一天准备，矿泉水1瓶/人,红茶绿茶饮料1瓶/人，时令水果若干斤，面包每人两个。
c、创可贴，常用药，相机，充电宝等应急物品。
3.活动后期工作
a、活动后由客车统一带回学校，中途有下车的提前通知司机。b、活动照片汇总到邹曼娜，统一进行整理后上传至群共享c、进行活动总结
4.预算费用
a、大巴15元每人
b、早餐5元
c、饮料10元
d、午餐10元每人
三、NB团队活动认识
在自然的环境中让团队成员充分感受团队的重要性、互帮互助、整合资源、并把这种氛围有效地带到工作学习中。在轻松的环境下，有效的放松心情、张弛有度。活动有效的促进了成员间的沟通和交流，放松身心、留下美好回忆的同时，锻炼身体的.灵活性和协调性，亲身感受大自然，放松自己，融入团队中，寻找久违的快乐跟感动！
