多个形容词

　　多个形容词修饰名词时，其顺序为：

　　限定词--数词--描绘词--(大小，长短，形状，新旧，颜色) --出处--材料性质，类别--名词

　　a small round table

　　a tall gray building

　　a dirty old brown shirt

　　a famous German medical school

　　an expensive Japanese sports car

　　典型例题:

　　1) Tony is going camping with ___ boys.

　　A. little two other B. two little other  C. two other little  D. little other two

　　答案：C。由"限定词--数词--描绘词--(大小，长短，形状，新旧，颜色) --性质--名词"的公式可知数词，描绘词，性质依次顺序，只有C符合答案。

　　2) One day they crossed the ____bridge behind the palace.

　　A. old Chinese stone   B. Chinese old stone  C. old stone Chinese  D. Chinese stone old

　　答案A. 几个形容词修饰一个名词，他们的排列顺序是：年龄，形状，大小+颜色+来源+质地+用途+国家+名词。

　　3) ---- How was your recent visit to Qingdao?

　　A. few last sunny  B. last few sunny  C. last sunny few  D. few sunny lastB。本题考查多个形容词的排序问题。一般与被修饰形容词关系密切的形容词靠近名词;如果几个形容词的重要性差不多，音节少的形容词在前，音节多的方在后，在不能确定时，可参照下表：

　　限定词+数量词(序数词在前，基数词在后)+性状形容词+大小、长短、高低等形体+

　　those + three + beautiful + large + square

　　新旧+颜色+国籍+材料+名词

　　old + brown + wood + table

否定句

　　在汉语中，我们要表达否定的含义时要加入不、毋、勿、未、否、非等等这样的否定词来表示自己想表达的意思，在英语中，我们也需要有相应的否定表达，作为英语语法中一个重要的组成部分，否定句却并不像汉语 那样简单易懂，它分类比较多，知识点比较琐碎，需要考生仔细分辨每种用法的不同之处，下面是四六级老师为各位考生准备的英语四六级考试中否定句的语法知识，希望对大家的复习有帮助。

　　否定句分类

　　否定句是表示否定的句子，句中必须有否定词。否定句共分为：一般否定句、特指否定句、部分否定句、全体否定句、延续否定句、半否定句、双重否定句、排除否定句、加强否定句。有些属于基本的用法，这里就不一一讲述，今天我们重点讲述部分否定、全体否定、双重否定和加强否定。

　　全部否定：英语中常用not, none, nobody, nothing, nowhere, neither, never等表示全部否定的概念。

　　例如：

　　1、None of my friends smoke。

　　2、Nothing in the world is difficult for one who sets his mind to it。

　　部分否定：通常代词或副词如all, both,every,everybody, every day, everyone, everything, everywhere等与not搭配使用时，表示部分否定，意思为“并非……都是"的含义常用于部分否定句当中。

　　例如：

　　1、Both of them are not right。

　　2、All is not gold that glitters。

　　双重否定：双重否定表肯定含义

　　例如：

　　1、I can't help /keep/ laughing whenever I hear it。

　　2、No gain without pains。

　　加强否定：在否定表达句中常用at all、any more、 no longer等副词强调否定含义。

　　例如：I can't see it any more。
