　　When I was a teenager, I felt I was so lost and wanted to prove that I was mature enough to get rid of my parents’ nursing. That happens to most teenagers, they are under the stage that is close to mature but are not strong enough. For parents and teachers, they must deal with teenagers’ change in the right way, or they will do the negative things.

　　当我还是一名青少年的时候，我觉得自己很失落，想要证明自己足够成熟，能够脱离父母的看护。这对于大部分青少年来说，他们处于一个接近成熟的阶段，但是还不够强大。对于家长和父母来说，他们必须正确对待青少年的变化，不然他们就会适得其反。

　　There are many reasons for teenagers’ change. First, their bodies grow so fast that they could not adjust their mood. The change in their bodies makes them feel different from others, they don’t know how to do, so they feel annoyed and want to disguise themselves. For parents, they have to realize that their kids have grown up and should not treat them like a kid. Second, the parents must get to know that the teenagers will experience many stages during their teenager time. So when their kids become rebel, they need to understand and not fight with them. Giving their kids some time, they will overcome their emotion.

　　青少年的变化是有很多原因的。第一，他们的身体成长得如此的快以至于无法调节自己的心情。身体上的变化让他们感到烦扰，想要自我伪装。对于父母来说，他们要意识到已经长大，不应该再把他们当成孩子。第二，父母必须要知道青少年会在他们的时期经历不同的阶段。所以，当他们的孩子变得反叛，父母要学着去理解，不要和他们争吵。给孩子多一点的时间，谈就会克服自己的情绪。

　　Teenager time a special stage, the change of teenagers will make the parents and teachers worry, but I think they should not be so hard on them, just to be their friends.

　　青少年时期是一个很特殊的阶段，青少年的变化会让父母和老师担心，但是我觉得他们不应该对孩子那么苛刻，只要成为他们的朋友就行了。

If there is something going out, she will put on light makeup in front of the mirror, which will make her more energetic and younger.

　　奶奶的假牙很整齐，银灰色的短发，很时髦。鼻梁上有一副眼镜，看上去既有学问又高雅。她走得笔直，又快又帅，我跟不上她。平时，她喜欢穿色彩鲜艳、时髦的衣服。如果出了什么事，她会在镜子前化淡妆，这样会让她更有活力，更年轻。

　　I love sports quite a lot because they can make me relax.We have only two P.E.classes in a week ,so I always play sports in my free time .

　　In the traditional view,make up is not a good girl will do,only for the bad girl who tries to seduce a man.What’s more,parents implant the idea to the girls that make up will make them look older.So most girls have the wrong idea about make up,some even feel shameful to talk about it.

　　在传统的观点里，化妆不是一个好女孩该做的事情，只有试图勾引男人的坏女孩才化妆。而且，父母会给女孩灌输化妆会让她们显得更老的观念。所以大多数女孩对化妆有着错误的认识，有些人甚至羞于谈论化妆。

　　Actually,in the modern society,make up is just a way of manner.But,the make up we talk about is light type.We need to shape our eyebrow and color our lips with light color,which makes us look tidy.Hair is also needed to clear up and the clothes we wear should be adjusted by different occasions.

　　事实上，在现代社会，化妆只是一种礼貌。不过，我们谈论的化妆是指淡妆。我们需要修饰眉毛，给嘴唇涂点颜色，让自己看起来整洁一些。头发也需要整理，穿的衣服应根据不同的场合进行搭配。
