Firstly, I think we must have enough food to keep us healthy. Breakfast is necessary. It gives us energy for morning. We must also have the right kind of food. Remember to eat more fruit and vegetables, but less junk food. Don’t forget to wash your hands before meals.
Secondly, it’s necessary for us to take exercise. Exercise will keep us active and strong.
Thirdly, I think staying up is bad for our health. It we can’t get enough sleep, we may have a headache. We should go to bed early and get up early.
Lastly, listening to music or chatting can also make us feel relaxed.

Some of the immoral advertisers use money to hire the fake specialists to be their products spokesmen. Then the consumer will fall for the beautiful lies the so called specialists tell them. The truth is that the real specialists are forbidden to take up these kinds of ads; they should stay in their labs and do experiments. Second, the real specialists are quite intelligent and they are able to solve many problems. They can teach us lots of knowledge that we ever learn from the textbooks. For instance, they may teach us how to stay in good health through eating particular food, or the effective way to reduce stress. The most important thing is the words they say are proved to be true. In this case, we can believe in the specialists.

First， to some extent， these recreational activities enrich people’s lives。 Those who take part in different activities will not be easy to feel lonely or boring in their leisure time and live wonderful lives instead。 Second， taking part in some group activities is a good form to strengthen friendships。 For example， many students will hold a union to collect their old classmates or friends in winter holiday so that they have a common time to communicate with each other。 Last but not least， such activities like climbing a mountain provide a good chance to do exercise。
However， these recreational activities also bring some problems at the same time。 For one thing， taking part in too many these activities will increase the burden of themselves or their families because it is inevitable to spend some money in holding these activities。 For another， some recreational activities have potential harm for participants’ health， particularly staying up all night， drinking and smoking。
Therefore， in my opinion， we have to make a careful consideration before we take part in these recreational activities。
