　　Good evening, honorable judges, ladies and gentlemen, my friends, My name is ***. I’m in grade * class *. I’m  very  glad to stay here and give you a speech. Today my topic is “seize today for tomorrow”.

　　One night, I complained to my mom about the lack of time. Finally shesaid :you are short of time just because you waste precious minutes on complaints and anxiety. The point is, no matter how full your schedule is, if you try really hard, you can always fit in some thing more＂

　　I do hear people say “I will do this tomorrow” and “I will be happy in the future”. But the truth is , there’s no better time than tomorrow 、there’s no better time than right now. If not now, when“Tomorrow” how abstract the word is!

　　What is tomorrowWhen is tomorrowIn fact, no one has a guarantee that he or she will be here tomorrow .Now is the only time we have , and the only time that we have any control over. So, treasure every moment that you have. And remember that time waits for no man.

　　My dear friends, life is a journey, not a destination. Don’t wait until tomorrow .Don’

　　t let life slip though our fingers by living in the future. Future depends on what we think and do now.  Instead of planning many things in the future, why don’

　　t we do it right now. Rather than being happy tomorrow, why not be happy today.

　　Tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift .That’

　　s why we give it another name---“The Present”

　　And no more hesitation, my friends, try, at least to seize hours left today.
