　　我谨代表国务院祝各位和全世界穆斯林开斋节吉祥。

　　Assalamu alaikum. As we mark the end of Ramadan, the most holy month of fasting and prayer for Muslims around the world, I would like to wish all Muslims a peaceful and joyous Eid al-Fitr.

　　大家好。在世界各地穆斯林最神圣的守斋和祈祷之月——莱麦丹结束之际，我谨祝愿所有的穆斯林开斋节吉祥、快乐。

　　I had the honor of hosting an iftar at the State Department during Ramadan, and last week, while I was in Pakistan, I had the opportunity to join an iftar at a women’s university in Islamabad.

　　我很荣幸曾在莱麦丹期间在国务院主持过一次开斋晚宴。上个星期当我访问巴基斯坦时，我有机会在伊斯兰堡的一所女子大学参加了一次开斋晚宴。
