　　3. ‘How Do I Love Thee’ by Elizabeth Barrett Browning

　　《我是怎样的爱你》—— 伊丽莎白·巴雷特·勃朗宁 (1806~ 1861)

　　在英国维多利亚时期，大多女性是不允许接受教育的，而勃朗宁由于家境优越，因而享有了这样的特权。她逐渐出落为一名诗人，并与同为诗人的罗伯特·布朗宁相爱。他们未经女方父亲同意便结为夫妻，私奔至意大利，世间或许没有比这更浪漫的事了吧。这首情诗的开篇之句广为流传，还常常被人们引用：“我是怎样的爱你?诉不尽万语千言”。

　　How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.我是怎样的爱你?诉不尽万语千言。
