　　Recently many places in China were blanketed with thick fog. The Air Quality Index in most parts reached 500.Everything around disappeared from our sight. Some highways were closed. More traffic jams and accidents happened .People had to wear masks .What’s worse, many people found it difficult to breathe.

　　The heavy hazy weather in China has been caused by many factors. First, the severely polluted environment contributed a lot to this nightmare. Second, the increase of cars in the city area plays an important role. The cars send off a lot of poisonous gases.

　　In my opinion, We should call on people to use more public transport, thus reducing the number of cars in the streets. Besides, some factories which cause pollution should be closed down. 　　I still remember that thing a few years later and feel afraid。 It happened on my way to play。 It was Sunday。 I would like to Maggie s home for a visit。 However， when I passed a river， I saw three children at my age playing in the river。 How happy they were！ At that time， I had a idea that I would like to ask Maggie to go swimming with me in the river。 Suddenly， something scare happened。 One the three chiledren slipped and the other two wanted to help him。 Unfortunately， all of them were struggling。 I was shock。 And then I rushed to the river bank immediately。 However， I saw nothing but the peaceful river。 I knew what happened。 I was frightened。 A few hours later I heard the death of them。 I was so frightened and sad that I have never go never any river since then。

　　For pressure do cause a lot of trouble for our daily life. It's best for us to make some plans for reducing them. In my point of view, we should first have a right attitude towards failure. We should learn to face our disadvantages and mistakes. No one is perfect.Only if we draw lessons from failure can we improve ourselves. Then, we should take enough exercise to strengthen our body. To be healthy is the most important thing for standing pressure. What's more, we can spend our holiday going sightseeing. Nature could help us forget all the troubles and relax better than ourselves. Then once we get back to our work or study, we can put all our energy into it.
