　　We live in a world which is surrounded by the water, we need to take in water every day, without water, no one can live for a long time. Some people even die of lacking water, so water is very important. We should not waste water, we can use it in recycle. We also need to drink more water, so we can keep healthy.

　　我们生活在一个被谁环绕的世界，我们需要每天摄入水分份，没有水，没有人可以长时间的'生存。一些人甚至死于缺水，所以水是很重要的。我们不应该浪费水，可以循环使用。我们也需要多喝水，这样才能保持健康。

　　I used to pouring away the water directly after I using it. Someday, my mother asked me to help her wash the clothes, as I was about to pour away the water, my mother stopped me and she told me that most water can be recycled. It can be used to water the flower or to wash other things. From then on, I realize how to save water.

　　我过去常常在用完水后直接倒掉水。有一天，妈妈叫我帮助她洗衣服，就在我要去倒掉水的时候，妈妈阻止了我，她告诉我说大部分水可以循环利用。那么水可以用来浇花或者洗别的东西。从那时候起，我就意识到如何节约用水。

　　When people get sick, they will go to see the doctor, the most common thing the doctor says is that to drink more water. Most people don’t put it in their hearts, thinking it is just useless. But drinking more water indeed brings people health, it can make the blood circulate quickly and get rid of the harmful part. So it is good for people to drink more water no matter what they are doing.

　　当人们生病了，就会去看医生，医生说得最多的就是多喝水。大部分人并没有把这个放在心上，觉得这是没有用的。但是多喝水确实能给人们带来健康，它能让人的血液快速流通，排出有害的部分。所以，无论人们在做什么，多喝水是有好处的。
