刚放了几天假，天气就热了起来，小区的游泳池已开放了。我早早吃完晚饭，和爸爸、妈妈一起来到游泳池边。我迫不及待地跳入
游泳池中，感觉真爽。但由于很久没游泳了，心里还是有点害怕。我鼓起勇气，仔细想了想老师讲过的动作要领，举起浮板，游向对岸。只一会儿，我就可以在池中来去自如了。我在池中游了一个多小时，天黑了，都还不想离开。
这天吃过晚饭，妈妈又带我来到篮球场。正好碰到一个同学，我们就一起练习投篮。篮圈比我们平时投的要高许多，但我第一个球就投进了，心里真高兴，一下就有了干劲。我又瞄准篮圈，投出一个球，可是，篮球只碰了篮圈一下，就弹了出来。我想：再投一个，一定能中。可是第三个球仍然没有进。我仍不气馁，又投了许多次，正当我快要绝望时，投进了第二个球。接着连续又投进了六个球，妈妈见了也很高兴，接连夸奖我，还给爸爸发了一条短信息报喜。
假期快结束了，我不仅按时完成了老师布置的作业，身体也比以前棒多了，不信，我们开学比一比?
